---Stadium---
Stadium is an overall great map for all gameplay, especially capture the flag. It has the kind of modern feel that you get from maps like Nuketown, but also lacks good hiding spaces. In this map there is a large hockey stadium (hence the name stadium) with a sports shop and many more buildings, like the gym which is located at the south of this map (near the black ops spawn). The map is set to be in New York somewhere but not much else is know.
---Berlin Wall---
Hold on to your history hats, because world war 2 is coming back with the whole new map, Berlin wall. This map is great for snipers because of all its elevated points and lots of buildings. Be careful not to run through the no-mans land, otherwise the auto-turrets will shoot you down. It is great for search and destroy, because of all its highpoints, there are many places where campers can sit and can ruin the gameplay, but overall it is a great map.
---Discovery---
Discovery is based on the research lab in the single player level Project Nova. It is a snow covered lab left over from world war 2. It is great for team deathmatch because teams can start spawning anywhere so be careful when you turn the corner. In the middle of this map is a deep cavern with a ice bridge, where if you shoot it with a rocket launcher or a semtex, the ice will fall and anyone walking across the bridge will fall to their death.
---Kowloon---
Kowloon is the second ever nightime map, the first being hanoi. It is a great map for all game modes and like stadium it has lots of camping spots. It is the first ever map to have ziplines which let you get from point A to B very fast but while ziplining you cannot use a weapon or look to the sides. At the start you can see a 747 fly over the whole entire map. It is set in hong kong and is based on the single player level numbers.
To sum up the new map pack is worth what you pay.I hope you enjoyed my review of first strike.
